Standard Service Timeframe:

We typically clear a property within a day, unless it is considered a hoarder's property, in which case it might take up to two days. The extended duration may be due to dismantling items like stair lifts, sheds, greenhouses, cookers, washing machines, and handling numerous small items such as nic naks or items in cupboards, under-bed drawers, attics, and outdoor areas like sheds and garages.

Adaptability and Equipment:

We strive to complete most jobs within the same day. If an extended duration is required, we will inform you in advance. We come fully equipped with relevant tools, ton bags, tool trays, and power tools if necessary. Some properties may be distant from our vehicles, and in certain cases, we might use white suits or overalls for safety.

Sensitive Approach:

Understanding that each property is unique, we adapt our approach to meet individual requirements. We prioritize making the experience stress-free for our clients, especially when dealing with sentimental items. Any valuable items encountered during the clearance will be returned to the property owner or guardian.

Finalization and Documentation:

After the clearance, we meticulously tidy and sweep through the rooms, preparing them for immediate occupation or the next intended use. We provide a waste control transfer note to confirm that items are disposed of correctly, along with a receipt for your records.
